There is much excitement happening in Children’s Ministry at Stephens Valley Church!
Family Bowling – Saturday, February 28, 11:30 am–1:30 pm
Join us next Saturday for Family Bowling! Please register by February 26, and bring your children or grandchildren for a fun time of fellowship together.
Vacation Bible School – Registration Opens March 3
VBS registration for children and volunteers opens March 3. We would love to have you join us as we take an Irish Adventure to Emerald Crossing, July 13–17. Please prayerfully consider serving with us this year!
Easter Egg Hunt – Saturday, March 28, 3:00–5:00 pm
Our next BIG event is right around the corner! This year’s celebration includes a petting zoo with about 12 animals—your children can pet them, feed them, and even take photos with them! We’ll also have bounce houses, pop‑a‑shot basketball, a cake walk, games, crafts, photos with the Easter Bunny, snacks, and of course egg hunts with special prize tickets. Register HERE.
Many of you have served faithfully in the past—you know how many hands it takes to make this special for our church and our community. We would love your help again this year!
Ways You Can Help
1. Bring Easter Eggs & Candy (Starting This Sunday)
You may bring:
- empty eggs
- eggs filled with a trinket or candy
- bags of candy (no chocolate, please—it may melt)
2. Purchase a Prize
If a child finds a special prize ticket in an egg, they’ll be able to choose a prize! We need 60 prizes in the $20 range.
You can bring gifts to Denise at SVC or check the Amazon gift registry under Stephens Valley Church. If you purchase from our Amazon prize list, it will be sent directly to the church.
3. Sign Up to Serve the Day of the Event
Serving for even an hour or two makes a big difference. Youth ages 12 and up are welcome to serve with an accompanying adult in their time slot. Sign up HERE.
