Heaven: How We Get There and What It's Like

"If you read history you will find that the Christians who did most for the present world were precisely those who thought most of the next." - C.S. Lewis

Colossians 3:2 says, "Set your mind on things above, not on things that are on earth." This may be the most disobeyed commandment in the whole Bible! It's so easy to be consumed with current events that we forget that we are pilgrims and strangers on the earth. It's easy to forget that this world isn't our true home. In this series, we'll spend six weeks "setting our minds on things that are above" by thinking about the glories of Heaven, the home we should all be longing for.

Adult Choir

The choir is open to all adults, high school age and up. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and again on Sunday morning at 10:20 a.m. Our repertoire includes classics by the masters along with new anthems and hymn arrangements. No audition is required to join the choir. If you have more questions, please contact our Minister of Music, David German.
